Texas Commercial Property Investments was formed in 1998 by Robert "Bob" Wieder. A commercial broker since 1981, Bob is well versed in commercial properties. including a broad range of experience in shopping centers, office buildings, industrial buildings and parks, apartments, and land, as well as retail leases.

CPI’s primary objective is purchasing, improving, and selling commercial properties. Numerous properties have been acquired in San Antonio and nearby areas.

In 2008 Bob’s son, David, joined CPI. David graduated from Texas A&M in 2002 with a dregree in architecture. He has gained experience with architectural firms in Colorado. His expertise adds residential development as well as commercial to the firm.
